My husband and I flew Frontier in February of 2014. Out of four flight segments, not one of them left the terminal on time, and most of them were close to an hour behind, which made for one heck of a panicked sprint through DIA, only to find be absurdly relieved to find that the connecting flight was also late. We also noticed that most of the staff was exceptionally grumpy and unprofessional toward the passengers, indulging in little power trips guaranteed to make a late flight even later. We also found that when we got our luggage from baggage claim that one suitcase had been destroyed, and a bathing suit and dirty underwear had been stolen from another. To date, we have gotten no response from the airline to our complaints. Oh yes, the seats. The cherry with sprinkles on top of the icing of this nightmare concoction of an airline. The seats felt as if stuffing had been removed from them, and my husband and I both arrived at our destination in need of a visit to a chiropractor, and feeling as if we had been soundly beaten.
