Economy Class
Manila to Heathrow. 777. Very poor customer service. Food bland and cold. No drink service with meals, but 35 minutes after it. Apart from at the short meal times, cabin crew were always "on a break" and unavailable for even simple requests like " can we have a glass of water". Coffee is undrinkable. Aircraft was delayed but no announcements or updates given. Staff were rude. In flight entertainment is a joke. Very old films.
