4 day business trip in USA using United to get between cities. Travelling April 9 to April 13th. Unhelpful staff on ground and in air, unexplained delays, missed connections, missing luggage. When have screens they are smaller than my I-phone, inedible food, crew who gave the impression they did not want to be there and didn't care. As a premium Star alliance customer I recommend United be ditched from the program as they do not care about the customer. Worst flying experience ever. Fly anyone but United in future.
