First airline I've come across where IT department runs the entire business. I booked two tickets last week and already having issues with the customer service. They stuffed up my tickets due to system issues and to get them fixed I had to pay extra. After paying all these fees I really don't see there is a big difference between Singapore and Malaysian airline. These top carriers will not take such a long time to respond to a customer. I have flown Air Asia many times and never experienced they type of issues. Any issues these airlines fixed them for me straight away. Didn't wait for their IT department to confirm. This will be the first and the last time I'll be flying Malindo, in my opinion there are better cheaper airlines. I will not be recommending Malindo to any of my friends.
