Air Canada review by phyllis 2014-09-20

Flight from Maui 2012 The Air Canada ticket agent at the Kauai airport was awful. My husband noticed she seemed cranky and rude to other passengers. We approached her and she was grumpy. She weighed our check in baggage and yes, we were 1 pound overweight. She stood there with her arms crossed and waited until we removed 1 pound of stuff from the check in luggage. Yes, we were overweight and at fault, but come on, my daughter flew out earlier that day with a slight overweight luggage and Westjet just let it pass. It is just a matter of attitude. Strange this sort of thing leaves a bad bad taste in your mouth and in future, we try to always book with Westjet.
