This would have to been the worst carrier i have even flown with. Delayed flights,slack service and unfriendly staff ,smaller seats then other carriers. From the moment I lined up for check in the staff was unprofessional, and slow and unfriendly.I will never fly air asia again and would be happy to have paid more but with some service. EDITORS COMMENT: Yes they squeeze an extra seat in to the A330 aircraft - most low cost carriers do in this aircraft making it smaller
