Delta Air Lines review by Kari 2017-03-15

I paid $89 extra per seat for Comfort + for an overnight international flight from LAX to San Jose Costa Rica . The website stated that, in addition to increased leg room, I would receive an "Amenity Package", a blanket, a pillow, and complimentary alcoholic beverages. The only things I received were a blanket & legroom. Since my flight didn't leave until 0230 (as opposed to 0030 scheduled). After boarding after 0200 we sat in the plane for nearly 30 minutes prior to takeoff!!! Lastly, the seats were very uncomfortable. Borh my husband & I had to take pain pills to get through the flight since the seats were so uncomfortable (no lumbar support). I'm sorry that I paid for the same Comfort + seats on my return flight. Hopefully they will, at least, provide complimentary alcoholic beverages on my next flight (which I paid for already according to the FAQ re: Comfort + tickets)
