Air Canada review by Susan 2016-09-02

I will never travel with Air Canada again. Very shabby service whilst travelling recently from Vancouver BC to Sydney, Australia. Uncomfortable, narrow seats, some sort of storage box placed under seat in front, therefore could not stretch legs out. Limited water supplied to passengers. Food dreadful. Made an early request for a vegetarian meal, and when received (and tasted) didn't even know what it was. Even the air stewards' uniforms looked old and in need of dry cleaning. Overall, disappointing, including flight and service. Can not justify spending 100's more dollars on upgrading to Business Class - rather spend the money on self than give to airline...maybe that's why the airline has made Economy Class so uncomfortable! Staff at Vancouver not helpful. Even though this fare was booked 11 months ago, shortly prior to departure the seats and departure times were changed. Did not suit us, but what can one do when the airline takes it upon itself to cancel flights and stick you on another.
