I took overseas flight from US to Europe. Norwegian does not offer free water during flights. You need to have credit card to purchase water since they do not accept cash. You have to ensure to purchase food with your ticket otherwise you are not offered any free food during 10 hour flight. I had meal purchased and I was given one half full cup of water and when I asked for a drink for my son who was sleeping I did not get one. The flight attendant pretended that she did not hear me and want away. Cabin temperature was lowered so much I was shivering having hoodie and leather jacket plus long pants and warm shoes. It was to force passengers to buy blankets. People were getting sick during the flight since it was so very cold. Since offices are in Norway you cannot really get any help if you have any problem.
