"Cheap and Tacky" should be the motto of Ryanair. When will Mr. O'Leary finally recognise that constantly trying to screw every last euro out of every passenger only gives the impression that Ryanair is cheap and tacky! Example 1: sharpen up your online service and allow passengers to check in online for both outward and return flights at the same time without trying to screw another £5 out of us. Example 2: Stop trying to flog us excess insurance, car hire, suitcases and allocated seating etc. on every page. Assume that we don't want these services unless we specifically ask for them. Finally, re-design your website service to be "customer friendly" (ever heard of that term Michael?) and not a means to peddle us more things we never asked for. Its okay to be cheap, but don't be tacky!
