Friendly staff in the flights, Air Canada and Air Canada rouge. Ground staff friendly in all destinations out of Canada. Not flexible, very busy and unfriendly in Montreal. One hour delayed for the luggage due to technical issues in Montreal, very fast in all other destinations.
