As good as any airline in the world once I got on the plane. However , the ground staff at checkin were ridiculous. All Airlines know there is a common language used when communicating with costumers. You might be tired or you might be over it , but you use the language of politeness and save your bile for your break. Its easy once you get the training. If These people seem to know their jobs are protected by the state and so behave as if i'm inconveniencing them. Just as one example ,when I asked the guy at Oversize Baggage (politely and softly) if I should put my expensive instrument in the large plastic container he had just thrown on the conveyor belt ( he hadn't said a word or even looked , just waved his hand in its general direction,) he responded with " Ye can if ya f#####n want Bud!". Im no prude but i am Irish and I've been on plenty of Airlines . Its is embarrasing. Train the staff. Its the national Airline.
