Air India review by Bela 2016-04-27

Flew to India from Heathrow December 2015. 4 out of 5 of our consoles werent working and the staff didnt care to rectify. Very poor service both going and coming back. Return flight ... Never anyone from stewards/stewardesses available when our flight had to turn back part way through the flight. We later found out ...due to a suspected rat in the cockpit ...why were we not surprised ! The whole experience was horrific ...not to talk of delays etc !!
