I have never had worse customer service. After 5 hours of waiting for our pilot they finally cancelled the flight. However, they blame it on weather. So I get back to the check in counter to try and get to my parents wedding, they would only refund my $400 7-10 days later or get on another flight with them. I book another flight, the time on the new ticket inquiry they gave me was the wrong time. I also didnt even get one measly meal voucher after being there for about 7 hours at this point because it was a "weather" cancellation. Then I get my bag back after it hadn't even touched a plane and it had a 6 inch rip in it. BRAND NEW bag used only for this trip. 15 hours later I am waiting for the new flight that was delayed 2 times. After getting on the plane, the pilot confirm that we were being lied to about why the flight was cancelled. The crew had hit their alotted amount of hours and had to take their mandatory rest period. Instead of being honest, they lied so they wouldn't have to accommodate anyone. NOT PLEASED I SPENT $400 FOR THE WORST SERVICE I HAVE EVER HAD!!!! I will never fly spirit again if i have the choice.
