Air Canada review by Joe 2017-04-16

Take a holiday with my family from Aust to Newark via this airline, I was shock to know there is no food and headphone for the transit. We have pay $6000 for the family of 4 wrtairfare and I need to pay extra to get it after flying 17 hrs from Australia to Vancouver b4 depart to Newark airport. There is no life unless you pay extra for the transit flight. No food and no headphone during the transit flight of 5 hrs!! I never HAD this bad and poor experience with other airlines since I start to travel at age of 18. Shocking and disappointed - no customer service and EQ - will not stay long in this service orientated industry. My holiday was completely ruined when I flew back - the air attendants are rude, unprofessional and poor in serving the food on board, they cannot understand simple English and start accusing passengers for not asking for the food. Even getting another pack of sugar is hard to get. Avoid all cost to this airline - first time and will be my last. The fare are not cheap but service is worst than low cost carrier and food is terrible. If you want your holiday to be ruined, take it else avoid at all cost.
