Our flight from Helsinki to Madrid was delayed by 15 hours. We received food & drink coupons but that hardy makes up for the fact that the flight is delayed from 13:55 to 4:40 the next morning. They did not reroute any passengers nor provide accommodation. Norwegian staff did not even show up and we only had the local ground crew giving us vague updates on the matter. It remains to be seen if Norwegian will compensate 400 EUR according to EU legislation for a flight delayed by over 3 hours.
