We would like to share our extremely unhappy experience on trip with Air Baltic purchased at Expedia. We urge to avoid to use the service of Air Baltic that has many hidden fees and very disrespectful personal (which is no surprise given the stressful environment that they have to work in). We purchased a trip with Air Baltic for 4 people through Expedia website. In the section Baggage Fees at the moment of the purchase there was an information that 1st checked bag is no fee. We have had a print out of electronic ticket with this information. However upon arrival at the airport: - we were requested to pay for ALL bags. The print out from the electronic ticket was ignored. The lady said that if we would buy the ticket through Al Italia website, it would be free, but through Expedia it is subject to Air Baltic fees. Please note that we WOULD NOT BUY these tickets if there would be information about fees on the baggage. - in violation of the international airline regulations, the lady at check-in requested that we would also pay for the car seat for our 8-year old son, arguing that "he is not a baby, and this is a
