Economy Class

Frequently fly from Stockholm to London and onward to Australia. Horrible and insensitive service. At Arlanda airport they made me pay 1000 kr saying I wasn't properly booked on the flight. When I told them I have booked it the same way 10 times before and had no problem they were more than happy to have me miss my flight and told me I simply couldn't get on! In the end I payed them the 1000 kr and luckily got a receipt. After a 3 week telephone ping pong I managed to get my 1000kr back. I will avoid them at all cost, even if I have to pay more.
