At best, staff ignored us completely. But they were more often aggressively rude. Refuse to give a cup of water to anyone who won't pay for it, even on an 11 hour flight. Would not recommend if you have any self-respect because the staff definitely won't respect you. EDITORS COMMENT: Its a low cost carrier and whether we agree or not the rules of carriage of a low cost carrier are that you buy everything (even water) on board. We think water should be free or the ticket prices increased so it is free but they are only doing what virtually every other low cost airline is doing. There is a reason that this flight was cheaper than the all inclusive full service airlines operating on the same route.
