Aeroflot review by Ted 2015-03-13

I flew with Aeroflot a couple of yers ago from Athens to Kiev and back. Couple of the most miserable flights I ever had. Cheap bad food, flight attendants barely spoke any English, and the worst of all. on arrival I got my brand new suitcase severely damaged. I instantly took my broken suitcase and went to file a conplaint. The Aeroflot booth attendants not only didn't they speak a word of English but they were literary laughing in my face and taunting me while speaking in Russian, clearly making fun of me. This was the most offensive behaviour I have ever had to deal with as a customer ever!!!! They finally gave me a piece of paper(!) to write my complaint , wich apparently threw away the moment I turned my back since there was no responce from anyone ever...what you pay is what you get, if you are lucky, so no more Aeroflot for me under any circumstances,,,my rating: 1/10..
