Although we booked months previously as a couple we found ourselves in separated seats. Connecting flights on both forward and return journeys were changed at different times so that we ended up with long layovers in KL whereas the original connections were quick and were part of the reason for booking these flights. Research since we returned makes me nervous about staff training and general safety on this airline.
