JetBlue Airways review by Sonja 2016-03-13

We have been loyal Jet Blue customers since their first flights out of Long Beach CA where we live. Since then we have experienced a sad and disappointing reduction in the flights we had grown to love. We often fly from Long Beach to New York and Boston. There used to be a number of flights to choose from arriving in the afternoon or evening. Now there is only 1 direct flight to JFK and it arrives very late at night when most things are closed even at the airport. Boston only has a red eye going east which is not a good choice for seniors. Chicago? Not even an option. LAX is NOT a viable alternative. No one who flies regularly flies out of LAX if it can be avoided. It adds an hour to basic transactions.
