Possibly the worst airline I have had the misfortune of flying. Flying from London to Barcelona - flight was delayed 1 hour no big problem. Once finally on board greeted by the most unfriendly Spanish crew who throughout the flight showed minimal interest in providing any form of friendliness or basic customer service. On arrival at Barcelona we parked at a jet bridge gate but instead of using it they brought stairs and a bus to carry us 10m to the airport door. We then got to the baggage carousel where finally 10-15 bags came out before it stopped. An employee then announced that they were checking the plane to see if there were any more bags - they had missed. Of course there weren't - 50-60 passengers were left without bags. The same inept employee then handed out forms and told everyone to fill them in and we would be called if they found our bags. No tracking information was given and no offer of vouchers to help with essentials. No concern was shown for those who had cruises they needed to get. 48 hours later i finally received my bag. On way back surprise surprise they failed to load it again - 24 hours wait to get my stuff back. Never ever ever again
