Economy Class

First and last time flying Air Canada. What a 5th rate airline, with such rude customer service. Flight delayed out of Washington and held on tarmac for an hour to dock. Due to their incompetence and refusal to call ahead and hold the next plane for the 5 minutes it took to run to the gate, I and at least 5 other people all ended up missing our connection to Tel Aviv. For which we were given a $10 voucher. Insulting, when a coffee alone cost $5. Was originally booked on Premium, but this was not available on the re-booked flight with the excellent Turkish Airlines,. Was denied transferring this upgrade to the return flight and am fighting to be refunded. Food was without doubt the worst of a "full-service" airline, and entertainment system laughable in its limited selection.
