Delta Air Lines review by Carol 2015-11-19

Appalling airline. I took a return with them from Sydney, Australia, to Orlando, USA, via LA. I asked to be upgraded to premium economy for the return Sydney to LA leg and paid considerable extra for what turned out to be a 'comfort seat'. All I got for that considerable extra was to be in the section served before the back of the plane. Supposed to be extra wide and more leg room - rubbish, not even a foot rest. Desk service on return to Sydney was archaic. But worse - I emailed Delta with my complaint and guess what? No answer! Not surprised...
