My experience yesterday with Spirit Airlines is too unbelievable not to post a review. Literally the worst airline I've ever flown. Was with a group of 6 people and 3 of our group were allowed to check in and board the flight and the rest of us weren't allowed to because apparently "our seats were sold." Ticket agent did absolutely NOTHING to help us, no refund, no accommodation or attempt to get us home. The 3 other people we traveled with were able to board with no problem which makes zero sense when we all checked in at the same time. The rest of our party just landed and told us there were in fact multiple empty seats on the plane. Clearly the supervisor is too busy taking selfies and posting them on Facebook instead of providing any type of customer service. Truly unbelievable, I will NEVER fly this airline again. EDITORS COMMENT: Can not understand this at all - would love to hear their side of it as it just doesn't seem right especially if there were seats. This is very odd.
