Jetstar review by Muhammet 2015-12-11

Not very happy, I have always used Jetstar but it's the last time. there was a cancellation of my flight only 2 hours before flight time. customer service representative was really rude on the phone and not up to Australian standards. The reason of cancellation from Melbourne was the weather but there was sun out with light wind destination was Sydney again all sunny. Person on the phone said apparently she is not a magician to get rid of the weather. this is so disgusting to see. Really disappointed.
