Thai Airways International review by Russell 2013-06-14

I flew PER to BKK on TG484 on 31/05/13 and returned BKK to PER on TG481 on 04/06/13. The cabin crew were friendly, but they were not the very friendly/polite Thai cabin crews I have had in the past. In flight entertainment was very good, as was the catering. Was surprised that at BKK airport, both arrival and departure, a bus was required to transport pax from plane to terminal [both times with heavy rain] a reasonably new airport should be able to provide an arrival airbridge/gate for international arrivals. Probably not a Thai Airways issue, but it took over one hour for the bags to even start coming onto the carousel.
