I wanted to leave a review because whenever something out of the ordinary happens Air Canada provides extraordinarily low customer service. Whether I've lost an item or can't reach my flight due to bad weather... I find the staff are rude and unwilling to help, but maybe I've just been horribly unlucky! The baggage charge is also a huge annoyance.
