So lousy on Malindo email and customer service!!!!!! I apply cancellation due to last minutes Malindo rescheduled the flight at January 2015. Malindo took more than half year to process my refund. Various calls and emails to customer service did not resolve my prob at all. I'm deeply disappointed with Malindo Air.
