I fly silver airways at least twice a month from Dulles Air Port to west virginia but recently i have frustrating experience of their boarding announcement. I guess a lady with a Spanish accent makes terrible announcement which is hard to understand a single word out of it and it seems no one cares to correct that. It is horrible to seat and wait for long without out understand what is going on with your flight. It is a terrible customer service
