I was travelling from Hong Kong to Auckland, a rout I do every couple of months. On this occasion I was booked on Air New Zealand, not my usual choice. As soon as we took off it became apparent why I don't usually fly with them. the in-flight entertainment was poor, the service was poor, the seats were uncomfortable and the meal choices were unimaginative and not at all enjoyable. will not fly with them again.
