Fly Perth to Ho Chi Minh via Singapore. Every thing that could have gone wrong for me prior to departure did. I miss read my ticket and turned up to check in a day late, not a problem the airline helped me out. Then the plane got delayed 15 hours, not a problem everything was taken care of for me by the airline. Arrived in Ho Chi Minh after having a great flight. I couldnt ask more from an airline. Problems happened, but they sorted it out and thats what counts. EDITORS COMMENT: If only more people had that attitude! You're right things do happen and the kinder and more understanding passengers are the more helpful the airline will likely be. Thanks for sharing your . experience
