Arik Air review by Mar 2014-02-02

I flew this week 2 times with Arik from Lagos to Port Harcourt and back. On top of the expected disorganization and lack of information of the land personnel and the airports the flight back was delayed almost 5 hours. There was no information, no single attention to passengers neither a minimum confort while waiting. Do not know if this airline is member of IATA but for sure minimum passenger care, according to international rules, were not given to us.
