Pros: Very cheap flights (I paid USD$525 for HKG-SVO-CDG + BCN-SVO-HKG), pretty good food, great seats and entertainment system. Cons: Service wasn't particularly friendly (but it was fine), food and beverage service aren't aligned (they do a pass with drinks, then a pass through with food, then a pass through with tea/coffee), their IT can be a bit of a mess (no self check-in at HKG or BCN, doesn't seem to be mobile check-in, their system lost my frequent flyer number even though I booked directly with them and it showed up in my confirmation). Overall, it's a pretty good flying experience, esp. for the cost. Flight attendants could be friendlier, but they are fairly responsive. The long-haul 777s are quite nice, and their A320 for BCN-SVO was much newer and nicer than Air France's A320 for SVO-CDG.
