Economy Class

I flew with Norwegian returning to the US after vacationing in the UK. While on the flight (which was 7.5 hours) they did not serve meals or even drinks. You could only buy food from their "snack bar." Only the passengers that had pre-reserved meals aka paid for in advance could eat or drink. When we landed one of my bags had been lost. The Norwegian representative at JFK told me that my bag was on the next flight and I would have it by yesterday. I called Norwegian customer service and they advised me that they had just located the bag today and could not tell when I would be getting my bag back. A bag that contained my sons medicine. When I asked the representative what I could do as far as reparations for this mistake the airline had made, she replied "nothing." Didn't offer to refund the money I had paid to check the bag, not a customer credit towards another trip, not even an apology. She simply didn't care. Needless to say that is the last time my family or I fly with Norwegian and I will be doing my best to make sure no one I know does as well.
