Spirit Airlines review by C 2016-01-03

WORST AIRLINE EVER. DO NOT FLY SPIRIT NO MATTER WHAT YOU DO. RIP-OFF. I flew Spirit for the first on Dec 31st 2015, and will never fly with this airline again. I had to pay $100 for a CARRY ON. A man on my return flight had to a much larger bag than mine and told me he was not charged anything for his bag on his first flight. Perhaps the airline staff favors certain persons over others? The staff was horribly hostile and they care nothing about customer satisfaction. They also DO NOT ACCEPT DIGITAL BOARDING PASSES, so after a long wait in the security line I had to return to the ticket kiosk to print my boarding pass and wait in the line again. Horrible experience- I ended up paying much more than if I had taken a non-budget airline.
