Jetstar was only one of two airlines refusing to fly from Bali due to volcanic ashes - why? cost of insurance or additional maintenance, nothing else. Singapore Air, one of the world's best, was still flying, as were all others. And of course no compensation for this was provided. Not only, ask for a blanket on board because the A/C is crazy, and they still want 10 $ from you. It is appalling - I will try to avoid it at all costs.
