None of my flights were on time! In 10 flights a total delay of more than 5 hours (within Europe!) is nothing they can be proud of. Even when I missed my last train due to flight delay, there was no attempt in solving that issue (e.g. by booking and paying for an accomodation). Instead my 76-year-old father had to drive over 100km in the middle of the night for picking me up. No compensation, no sorry, nothing! What do they do if you miss your connecting flight? They probably do not care! Hopefully they will be able to provide a special assistance for my mother as booked. Otherwise they will ruin my wedding as well!
