SriLankan Airlines review by Paul 2015-09-02

Quality of inflight service was fine. But a big dark spot on the check-in staff in Colombo which refused me to board from Colombo to Bangalore, India without showing outbound flight from India. they did force me to pay a flight ticket that i later had to cancel> Needless to say the excuse given that Indian custom would not let me in without the outbound fligth was fallacious: i was granted entrance to India, the customs didn't ask outbound flight.
