Recently flew Delta to fly to Hawaii and back. The service was wonderful and mechanically the plane flew fine I guess. However, the interior of the plane desperately needs to be remade. The seats were uncomfortable, torn in places, and were falling apart. The broken arm rest of the seats in front of us fell backwards into our laps and it could not be put back. Had to rig a string to keep it off of our knees.
