from Bwi to Barcelona. Lost our luggages. we went to the cruise 8 days without clothing. BA kept saying the luggages will arrive the next day. 8 days went by. No luggages. Ruined our trip. couldn't participate any functions on the ship because we didn't have appropriate clothes. Ship didn't sell any clothes that fits us. Couldn't buy clothes on our ports because we had to participate our excursions from 7am-6 pm(when the ship leave). Lugguages was finally deliver to our resident 8 days after we got home. No sorry, no compensation from BA. Will never ever fly with them again.
