British Airways review by Elizabeth 2013-06-21

We flew World Traveller Plus a few years ago, Melbourne to London. What we got for the extra cost was negligible, maybe a bit more leg room. The special lumbar cushions did not work and we were right in front of the toilets, so could not recline very well and had to put up with constant flushing noises. The staff were cold and unhelpful. On the return leg that had a layover in Bangkok, they came thru the cabin without warning and sprayed everyone with some kind of disinfectant, that sent us into coughing fits.
