It wasn't the inconvenience of being bumped off of our Palm Springs to San Francisco flight, it was the casually dismissive attitude of your staff. Not one person could be bothered to say a simple "I'm sorry". Thanks for the cavalier attitude and for bringing in a smaller plane!
