Air NZ has turned into a budget airline. Have to pay for any movies and any food on a 8 hour international flight on a dreamliner. Free tea, coffee and water. Thanks :( EDITORS COMMENT: That's because you chose the seat and bag fare rather than the works fare. The reason the airline does this is to compete with no frills airlines that don't offer anything. This way you get to choose how much or little you spend and equally what kind of in flight experience you have.
