Frontier Airlines review by Anna 2015-10-26

This airline sucks. And it used to be great, which makes their current state so much more disappointing. They charge extra for everything, attendants are rude, they don't announce or explain flight delays, no attempt to make up for bumping people due to overselling the flight, the list goes on. But really, their responses to these reviews say it all. They accept zero responsibility and instead blame the customer for choosing to fly their airline. Never again.
