A dreadful customer service experience. Agree with others that Air NZ have clearly blown their budget on fancy videos. Would never use them for unaccompanied child flights, their online booking system takes your money then you discover it's a big issue at the counter,can't fly that flight and final indignity I have to pay for flight changes. Staff couldn't really care less. Recommendation: don't use AirNZ if you have kids and avoid their tricky online portal
