United Airlines review by Lindsay 2016-03-01

Our flight was cancelled and we had to rebook for the next day. We had no problem with this due to the weather. We were rebooked and given boarding passes for the next day with seat assigments on them. When we got to the counter to board the plane and our ticket was scanned, we were not in the system at all. The attendant had to fumble around to find us seats. When she finally did they were not next to eachother.
