Economy Class

We had a terrible time with the website, it refused to allow us to get past the part where our separate names came up, we also endeavoured to download the App and check in that way which also was unable to be used, and we arrived at the airport in good time to use their check in machines [ which would have been £15 each], they also did not work, then we had to purchase boarding cards at £45 pounds each from a very snippy lady at the desk. As it was not due to negligence, but the website, we would ask to reclaim that £90 from Ryanair. WE met 2 other people who had had website issues exactly the same as ours. Then that flight was delayed for an hour as was the return flight.
