no charging outlets or screens for passengers.. instead an ipad offered to rent for 10 bucks!! no beverages beyond water and juice for an international flight. No snacks were offered until everyone on the plane was asleep. The only food offered was for purchase. This was a long flight crossing two countries. I will never fly Air Canada again. It is an embarrassment to our country to have such a company they should have gone out of business a long time ago as was evident on the plane that was mostly empty. I was disgusted by the service.
